How we file on your behalf
When you identify infringing URLs, we prepare compliant notices and send them by email, with your reply contact, to the abuse contact for the host serving each URL. Cloudflare abuse reports and Google and Bing removal requests are prepared for you to submit. Responses and outcomes are tracked in your dashboard.
Elements of a valid notice
A §512(c) notice includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the infringing material, with specific URLs.
- Contact information for the complaining party: address, telephone number and email (§512(c)(3)(A)(iv)).
- Good-faith and accuracy statements made under penalty of perjury.

Counter-notices
If a host forwards a counter-notice, we will notify you. Disputed claims may require the parties to resolve the matter directly or through legal channels.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly misuse the service or submit notices in bad faith.
Accuracy and good faith
Notices must be accurate and made in good faith. Submitting knowingly false notices can carry legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f); you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
